Our chef and his team will take you on an expedition to suit your taste during your gourmet vacation. We are very happy to take into account your personal diet and culinary wishes. Every day you can expect newly refined created dishes for vegetarians or vegans. If you have an intolerance, we ask you to simply let us know – preferably already at the time of your reservation.

The main restaurant and the veranda are located directly next to the restaurant terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Möhne.

Terrace

In summer you can enjoy summer barbecue specialties with well matured meat on our restaurant terrace.

Winery Kallfelz

The winery currently covers about 50 hectares of vineyards. A large part of this is located in mineral-rich slate slopes, which are among the best in the world. The winery's motto is: "From the idealist for the individualist". This is based on the conviction that good viticulture only succeeds with a lot of hard work and honest craftsmanship and that connoisseurs can really taste the fruits of this labor.

The winery at the Moselle

The Moselle Valley produces particularly unique Rieslings. What is the reason for this? The steep slate slopes of the vineyards at make the wines delicately fruity and mineral. For this reason, the winery does everything in its power to preserve this treasure of nature. At Haus Delecke you have the unique opportunity to get to know the special quality standards of the winery.
