This elegant 4-star hotel in Möhne welcomes you in a historic garden on the shores of Möhnesee. The nature reserve Arnsberg Forest is easily accessible by car. Hotel Haus Delecke offers light-flooded, tastefully furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. Alternatively, explore the beautiful Arnsberg Forest on one of Haus Delecke’s rental bicycles. Every morning a balanced breakfast buffet is ready for you. The Delecke’s à la carte restaurant will spoil you with high-quality creations.
- Dogs are also allowed to stay with us for a fee of € 20.00 per night. Assistance animals are of course exempt from this fee. We have individual, selected rooms available for you.

Deluxe
The rooms in the Deluxe category measure 27m² to 31 m². They are all located in the main house and offer a magnificent view of Möhnesee. The rooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds from Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), have a comfortable seating area and bathroom with shower/WC or bathtub/WC, desk, W-LAN, flat screen TV.
The deluxe rooms also include the wedding room, which is the largest in the house at 42 m². As a special feature, this room offers a lounge area, similar to a junior suite, separated by a room divider. The beds are a bit bigger again (2 x 100 cm x 210 cm).
Comfort lake
The rooms in the Comfort Lake category measure 20m² to 24 m². They are all located in the main house and offer a magnificent view of Möhnesee. The rooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds from Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), have a comfortable seating area and bathroom with shower/WC or bathtub/WC, desk, W-LAN, flat screen TV.
Comfort
The rooms in the Comfort category measure 17 m² to 27 m². They are all located in the main house to the entrance area.
The rooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds from Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), have a comfortable seating area as well as bathroom with shower/WC or bathtub/WC, desk, W-LAN, flat screen TV.
Dependance
The rooms in the Dependance category measure approximately 16 m² to 20 m². They are all located in the outbuilding, just 30 meters across from the main house. The rooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds from Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik (140 cm x 200 cm) and with shower/WC, desk, W-LAN and flat screen TV.
Of the total 14 rooms in the annex, one is more spacious and measures 27 m². This is equipped with a box spring bed from Fränkische Bettwarenfabrik measuring 2 x 100 cm x 200 cm and a comfortable seating area.
Remodeling work
Dear guests,
We are modernizing our house for more comfort and new offers. Operations will remain largely unaffected during the work.
From March 2025 – June 30, 2025
Extension to the barn to expand the toilet facilities and construction of an elevator for accessibility. Storage rooms will also be built to optimize processes for our employees.
From September 23, 2025 (for approx. 6 weeks)
Roof renovation on the front side – no restrictions on the lake and terrace side.
Winter 2026 (January to approx. end of March)
Renovation of the first floor: renovation of the restaurants and addition of a modern food buffet.
From summer 2025 to summer 2026
Hotel extension: A separate building with additional rooms and a sauna area is being built.
End of May 2026
Completion of all construction projects and grand reopening.
